Camp Fire West Michigan 4C Class Refund Policy

•There are no refunds due to non-attendance or non- completion.

•If a student calls the office (616) 451-8281 x241 before a classroom style class is held asking for a refund, that student may transfer their payment to another class. Students may only transfer once. There is no refund.

•Camp Fire West Michigan 4C may cancel a class due to low registration. If this happens, registrants will be called and may register for another class or receive a refund. If registration was paid by credit card, and the student wants a refund, that refund will be made by check.
